Nutrition for Fertility and Prenatal and Postnatal Health
If you are just starting to think about family planning or are already going through fertility treatment such as IVF, work with Claire to implement lifestyle and diet changes that will help balance hormones, reduce inflammation, boost fertility and increase your chances of conception and a healthy pregnancy.
During your pregnancy, Claire will help you determine what to eat to support optimal growth of your baby while navigating the dietary challenges (morning sickness, food aversions, GI issues, etc.) associated with pregnancy. During the postpartum period, Claire will help you meet your breastfeeding needs, restore nutrient imbalances, support healthy weight loss, and most importantly feel your absolute best!
Claire also has experience working with clients to manage the symptoms of PCOS and endometriosis, as well as other hormonal conditions.

Claire enjoys speaking about nutrition and sharing her knowledge and expertise with groups of all sizes! She also loves consulting with brands, restaurants, retailers and corporations to bring a nutrition perspective to their work place and products. Meet Claire
Claire is a Registered Dietitian with her Masters’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Claire completed her dietetic internship at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx.
Claire practices at Rooted Wellness, a private nutrition practice specializing in women’s health. Claire sees clients virtually and in-person in Houston, Texas. Claire is passionate about helping women support their reproductive and hormonal health while simultaneously ditching the shame, guilt and misinformation promoted by the diet industry.
Claire approaches wellness from a holistic perspective and understands how in addition to diet, our sleep patterns, stress levels, and lifestyle can affect our wellbeing. Claire takes an “anti-diet” approach to nutrition and empowers clients to establish healthy, life-long habits.
